We are Bill and Cam Weaver, father/son owners of Weaver Construction, an expert custom construction company with over 50 years of combined experience. Bill worked for 24 years in heavy commercial construction working on projects as varied as Gene Coulon Park on Lake Washington, the Metro transit tunnel in downtown Seattle, and executive facilities at Boeing’s Auburn plant. As a commercial construction foreman, he had a wide range of experience on many phases of construction. After starting Weaver Construction in 2001, residential renovations and custom homes have been the main focus. Light commercial and tenant improvement projects have also been built. These include Dentist’s offices, appliance showrooms, and home furnishings showrooms to name a few. We have a small, expert crew that is lead on each job, and also have a hand-picked group of reliable sub-contractors that are used as needed.

Cam has been around the business since hammering nails as a child on the houses Bill built for the family. After retiring from a successful career playing professional soccer with various teams including the Sounders, Cam has been involved in every phase of residential construction, including design, management, and various skilled trades.

We strive to create a good working relationship with our clients from the first meeting through to the project completion. We feel that good communication is key to this. In fact, many of our clients comment about how nice it is that we answer calls promptly, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
