We kept only the original floor platform and foundation, then added onto the footprint and built new. The upstairs and downstairs were seperated for a MIL potential. The house was listed by the owner and had multiple offers in excess of 10% above listing price.

We re-finished all of the exterior wood work, which had never been sealed at the original build, and was accumulating mold and discoloration. We then replaced the entire roof structure (which was failing), and custom metal work around the exterior. Interior electrical additions and modifications completed our work on this beautiful home.
