Studs out remodel on the interior. The roof was removed and replaced with a metal shed roof and covered entry to update the architectural style . A steel framed two story deck was added in the rear yard to capture views and provide two covered outdoor living spaces. A detached carport was converted into a garage, and the property was completely fenced and landscaped.
